Week 14 Nutrisystem #NSNation

Well Week 14 is on the books with Nutrisystem and I can't believe how many inches I have lost in 2 short weeks!  Keep reading for my amazing results!!

I knew before I measured, things have definitely changed shape-wise with my body.  And I actually treated myself to a new workout outfit.

And look it is size...MEDIUM!!! 

I still can't believe it!  I had to buy this as I actually didn't have an size medium clothes in my closet.  So that is saying something about how fair I have come in a very short amount of time.  I feel so strong.  Nutrisystem makes it so easy and convenient to stick with the program.  And I know my new ab workout is helping my waist, shrink in size.  And yes...I still haven't missed a workout yet! 

So how did my week go according to the scale???

I gained a tiny .2  pounds this week (But lost a LOT of Inches!!!).  But like my Nutrisystem system support person Meredith says...it is not about the weight loss, it is about getting healthy!

 

So at the end of week 14 I have lost a total of 27.25 inches!!! (That is another  4.25 inches gone this past two weeks...bye bye!)

Week 13 Nutrisystem This "Unlucky Number" doesn't scare me! #NSNation

Yes, I just completed Week 13 on Nutrisystem and NO "Unlucky Number 13" did not scare me!

Thanks to Nutrisystem...#13 could be one of my favorite numbers.

This week lead to my first battle with being sick for 18 hours...uggg.  It was terrible but I survived and still got my workout in (yes, I am a fitness addict now!).  So, for 13 weeks (91 days) straight I haven't missed a day of working out.  I feel so strong and accomplished.

All my hard work and dedication to Nutrisystem is paying off.  Last Sunday I gave in and bought some new pants.  Size 9/10!!!  I haven't been in that size for many, many years!  It feels great to put clothes on and feel proud and confident when I head out wearing them.  Plus, the great compliments are helping boost my confidence too.

I was thrilled to have received my 30 pound Nutrisystem Bear in the mail this week.  It makes me crave the 40 pounds bear, to join my bear family.  Yes, I look forward to losing more, but it is so much beyond that.  I love feeling healthy.  I love being comfortable in my own skin, again!  I love having engery to keep up with whatever the world has in store.

What for School Lunch Today? Udi's Gluten Free Bread of Course!

Day 4 of the Udi's Gluten-Free Foods Back to School Lunch Challenge.

So what Udi's Gluten Free Goodies did I find for a great healthy lunch today?

We has so many garden fresh cucumbers, I decided to make a turkey cucumber spread.  It is very simple.  Just mix mayo,  chopped cooked turkey, diced cucumber, diced cheese and salt and pepper to taste.  Of, course you have to serve this gluten free spread on some Udi's White Sandwich bread!

Baked Corn Tortilla Chips.

Yes, my boys requested more Honey Crisp Apples in there lunch today.  Who can blame them.  But darn, I have to share.

So what Gluten Free Goodies did I find for a great healthy lunch today?

 

I decided to do a fun breakfast for lunch.

 

I filled a container with some great and healthy yogurt (most brands without any toppings are gluten free)

 

I added a cup full of Udi's Au Naturel Granola...as a fun and crunch addition to the yogurt.  (I don't know about your children, but mine love creating their own foods)

Kmart and the Big Laaway Giveaway - Just in time for the Holidays.

I feel Kmart makes understanding how layaway works and the benefits and charges very easy to understand, unlike some retailers such as Walmart, Toys R Us and Best Buy.

Plus Kmart doesn’t have a minimum cost of what can be layaway and I really love the scheduling when you want to pick up your paid for items.

I have already been checking Kmart out, getting ready to layaway some great Christmas toys for my boys like this great keyboard.

I am also thinking about this great Spy Plane.

Nomination for Women Who Shine Award - Vote Today!

I am not sure where to being.  My husband is nominating me for an amazing Women Who Shine Award and I am very honored. 

 

I have had a very eventful and successful life so far.  I am a mother of 3 beautiful boys, even though Doctors had little hope after suffered from endometriosis.  During the pregnancy of our third son I was diagnosed with cervical cancer.  There was no choice in my eyes, but to give our unborn son life, even if it meant losing mine in the battle.  Three and a half years later, I am still cancer free.

I have been able to continue my passion for children and life with my career.  I help child who have been victims of horrendous crimes.  I am able to assist with interviews and many times getting the perpetrators behind bars to protect the innocent children. 

I am thankful for each and every breath I take and my ability to touch my family’s and other children’s lives.  I feel like I have a purpose to serve and much more to accomplish.

Week 12 Nutrisystem - No more Excuses! #NSNation

No more Excuses!!!

Come on everyone and join me in my journey with Nutrisystem.  Like I said, "No more excuses!"  It is time to make a difference in your life and your loved ones lives!  You can do it!  I know you can because I am and just finished Week 12 with Nutrisystem and I can't believe the changes that have happened and the way I feel.

I feel great!!!!  Thank you so much Nutrisystem for getting my health back on track.  I smile when and look and feel the changes that have happened. (Especially all the comments I have been hearing)  I feel great!!!

This week I started an amazing new workout program (still haven't missed a work out in 12 weeks.).  It is challenging and I feel my body getting stronger and stronger.  It feels great.  I love the burn after the workout is complete.  I wasn't sure if the scale was going to show any loss, due to all my muscle gain.  But, I can honestly stay for the first time...I didn't care about the number on the scale.  Truly I didn't...as this was an amazing feel great week.  My body continues to evolve into who I remember being many years ago...and I am in love with myself again.
