It is easily used by mixing 1/2 tespoon per 25 pounds of body weight into a 1/2 cup of warm water as needed or even after meals. Just by reading the ingredients I felt soothed as this dietary supplement includes peppermint leaf, ginger root and licorice root to name a few.
The Tummy Plus mixed easily in warm water and had a very minty aroma and flavor. The liquid itself is light brown in color. I tried it after eating a large meal last week and it did quickly calm my aching stomach.
