Smoothie Complete, I knew I had to try it out.  What a easy way to get 10g of Whey Protein, 21 Vitamins and Minerals (Calcium and 100% of Vitamin A, B, C, D and E), Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Fiber; all in a Vanilla Berry flavored mix.  One scoop only has 69 Calories!

There are so many ways to incorporate Smoothie Complete.  You can mix it with milk, juice and even water.   My husband thinks it would be delicious blended into some vanilla ice cream!

I love how long Smoothie Complete controls my hunger.  And of course I feel great from all the wonderful vitamin and minerals.  I love adding two scoops to a tall glass of milk. I use my blender bottle to mix it up. It is so creamy and delicious.  The strawberry flavor is so natural.
