Don't worry about any nuts hiding in these nut free Christmas cookies. They are so soft, yet crispy and oh so good. I enjoy that they are sweet, but not over the top sugary. But, I must admit the gingerbread cookies were my favorite. They were nice and spicy...and great with a cup of hot coffee. UMMMM...
