Well - 9 Months have come and went and so has a Ton of Weight from my body.
No not really a Ton - but a solid 50 pounds.
You ask how?
Well - it all started when I had the chance to be a Nutrisystem Blogger for 7 months. Nutrisystem's Delicious foods and amazing support got be back on track....BIG TIME!!! Thank you so much Nutrisystem. I totally understand Portion Control Now and Positive Food Choices and Getting much needed physical activity!
And along with the Amazing Nutrisystem Plan...I started working out and working out and working out.
My absolute favorite work out are the Beach Body DVD systems. And through my 9 months I have continued to progress through the Beach Body workout Programs. I started with Rocking Body...then on to Turbo Jam....then on to Hip Hop Abs and Turbo Fire....and soon a new program as I just ordered ChaLEAN Extreme.
But, along with my workouts I have incorporated supplements to help me with my workouts. My biggest favorite is Celsius. I had the chance to review their life changing product back in July of 2012. It is an amazing Negative Calorie Energy Drink - I drink a can faithfully 15 minutes before every workout. I can't imagine on with out it. I am even featured on Celsius Real Results Page...Check it out!
And I enjoy ending my workout with Click. Click is a delicious Espresso Protein that I had the chance to review in August 2012. I have created some delicious smoothies with the help of Click!
