I have to mention, if you love the crunch of a good potato chip, you will not be disappointed with a kettle cooked chip from Boulder Canyon.
Each premium potato that is used to create a Boulder Canyon Kettle Chip is thickly sliced and slowly cooked in small kettles using sunflower and/or safflower oil. After the kettle cooking each thick and crisp chip is seasoned to perfection.
I love some of the more adult flavors offered by Boulder Canyon. But when I say adult flavors...that is not always the case as my nine year old son loves the Red Wine Vinegar Kettle Chips.
That surprised me as this chip takes your mouth on a flavor adventure. Each crunchy chip is slightly sweet but packed with the zest of vinegar and a hint of sea salt.
