Back in June I had the opportunity to review and giveaway Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil. I want to say I am still using my Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil and continue to be a huge Tropical Traditions Fan.
This coconut oil is beautiful and smells so aromatic. Even with the wonderful aroma it some how is not over powering when added to my cooking and baking. I use it in everything from banana bread to waffles and pancakes.
Just remember Coconut oil is it is solid at temps below 76 degrees F. But that is very easy to fix..just place the sealed jar in a warm water bath and within a few minutes it is liquefied and is ready to use.
