We were so excited at our house for our Green Money Savvy Pig to arrive for review. Yes, we picked green, as the Money Savvy Pig is available in six different colors.  What color would you pick...if you won???

I was very curious how this four slotted piggy bank would work.  Once I took it out of the box it was so easy to operate and comes fully assembled and includes a little booklet full of savvy savings information and goal-setting stickers.  How perfect stickers!  I think all children love stickers.  I know my boys do...they were fighting over them. 

The sturdy colored plastic bank has four slots on top that coordinate with the labeled areas of the pig...SAVE....SPEND....DONATE...INVEST.

And if you are wondering about how you get the money out (I know the boys and I were).  It is very easy.  Just turn the bank over and slightly rotate the cap on the bottom of each foot to remove the money.

So the big decision has begun at our house with our boys..as we only have one Savvy Pig Bank..which stickers to place on each of the four labeled areas of the bank.  The stickers range from drawings of a bike, hamburger, tv, car, book, a gift and even blank ones which can be customized. 

I am curious what they will come up with.  I know this bank will help my boys learn to manage their money at a young age, which I feel is very important to get them started on the right foot.  We are a very charity oriented family so the donate area, may have to be shared between at least two different organizations. 

The Money Savvy Pig Saving Bank is ideal for children between the ages of 4-11.  As I type this I am smiling as I know some adults who could also benefit from the concept of this very educational and well built bank.
