Healthy snacking is so important for many reasons. On the top of my list; I personally notice if I snack healthy I am less likely to over eat. And that makes a huge difference.
I recently found an amazing line of Power Snacks via Facebook called....
And of course their Navitas Naturals Power Snack line. What a perfect creation for those of us who strive daily to eat and snack healthy. Look at the beauty of the Cacao Goji Superfood Power Snacks. I think these were may favorite as the Goji Berries add a nice complexity of tartness with the bitterness of the cacao. It was a flavor explosion in my month with each bite.
