I totally understand the importance of inspiration in daily life. As a busy full time working mother of 3 little and very active boys, at times it can be a challenge to find me time and make healthy lifestyle choices. Without me time I find it difficult to focus and give my boys the 100% they need and deserve.
So a little over 11 weeks ago, I committed myself to become healthier and more active. I felt like I was trapped in a body I no longer knew. I started portion control over the food I ate and forced myself to create the “me time” I needed. My “me time” is working out, which in turn helps me feel better about myself and gives me more energy. I am so proud of how far I have come in 11 weeks and I am inspired to see how my road to healthy choices will continue to improve myself and my family’s lives. I have already lost over 30 pounds!
