I was shocked and pleased to find out Kashi's Chocolate Soft-Baked Squares are made with sweet potatoes, black beans and seven whole grains! A snack I can provide my children guilt free and enjoy a square myself too.
I love that each square is individually packaged for the perfect on the go healthy snack. Each serving has 4 grams of filling fiber and 10 grams of whole grains and an amazingly low calorie content of 160 calories per square.
My expectations were very high trying this new Kashi product, as we are huge fans of their Kashi Trail Mix Snack Bars.
These Chocolate Soft-Baked Squares had a great texture. They were moist and not too dense. They had a nice chocolate flavor with a little bit of tang. My boys love them and Kashi Chocolate Soft-Baked Squares have been come a staple at our home. Give them a try...I am certain you will love them too!
