I have to share with you about this amazing, versatile and easy to use weight loss product. I must admit, I was very skeptical about how a belt could melt away inches and pounds. But, I was willing to give it a try and see what happened...It couldnt' hurt anything.

I of course read the simple instructions to figure out how to use the Belly Burner...Don't worry it is not rocket science. All you do is un-velcro the adjustable belt and either place it over or under your clothing. Just make sure if you chose to wear it over your clothing that you are wearing something light and not too thick. Then adjust it to fit your waist, belly area. Wear the Belly Burner snug but make sure you are still comfortable.
I was surprised on how good and supportive the Belly Burner felt as soon as I put it on...I like to wear it directly on my skin with my clothing over the top during a workout. Then get busy exercising....you will typically not notice a warming effect until after 10 to 15 minutes of wearing the Belly Burner belt while being active.
Did you know when you notice your body heating up under the Belly Burner Belt, it means your metabolic rate is increasing...which in turn means you are burning calories. The concept behind this weight loss device is to increase your thermal core temperature to get rid of unwanted inches around your mid section.
