Week 28- on Nutrisystem and my amazing journey being a Nutrisystem Blogger has come to an end. It is bittersweet for me. I am so close to reaching my updated goal weight and would love to reach it while being on Nutrisystem...and get that 50 pound Nutribear (lol), but my new found way of life will continue.
I honestly believe my life changing experience with Nutrisystem as been one of the biggest blessings about being a blogger. Check out my photo from back in May 2012.
I actually love the way I look and feel. I am so proud of what I have accomplished in the last 28 weeks. I still will continue to try to lose the last few pounds that I have set for my personal goal. I am so close and pray with what I have learned from Nutrisystem and their outstanding support...I will succeed.
I have went from a size 16 jeans down to between a 5 and 7/8 (just matters on the pair of jeans). I have went from an XL t-shirt being tight to a Medium being a little too big.
I have went from not working out at all. To being a workout addict. I have only missed 2 workouts since I started Nutrisystem, which means I have worked out a total of 196 days in the last 198 days! I love my Beach Body Workouts! I feel strong and healthy. I look strong and healthy. I finally look the way I felt inside my body.
I can't wait to check back in with you all in a few months and let you know how I am doing.
