I know all well from personal experience how important a tune up can be. I will never forget the one year, we chose to "save money" (I use that term very, very loosely) and not have our heating unit inspected and tuned up for the winter.
Any guesses on what happened? Let me say two words; Christmas Eve! Yes, Christmas Eve and our house cooled down and cooled down. It became so freaking cold we were wearing our coats, gloves and hats inside. What were we too do?
