If you didn't already know May 7th, 2013 his newest album called Time was released.
I had the chance to review Rod's new album for free and there has been musical enjoyment around our house now for a few weeks.
Where do I begin?
Well, I can tell you Rod's hairstyle hasn't changed one bit and I think the quality of his music has gotten even better!!
Can you believe it has been almost 20 years since his last album containing new material has been released!
His new Album, Time features 12 tracks with 11 of them being ones he wrote and produced (I am so proud of him)!
I have enjoyed the story about how this album was born:
It was from a burst of inspiration that came while Rod was reviewing his life for a recent memoir. The caused Rod to rediscover his voice as a songwriter (Amen!!) and rekindled his gift for writing honest, nerve-touching narratives that have been and will continue to be the cornerstone for the first three decades of his career.
Along with the release of this amazing album, Rod is going to embark on his European leg of his Live the Life tour....Starting June 1st, 2013. The American dates with Steve Winwood will begin October 17th, 2013.
