I want to share a few more facts about Sambazon Organic Smoothies and Juices before I share what my personal experiences were.
* Sambazon smoothies and juices are made with the finest organic Amazon Superfoods....like Acai, Acerola and Yerba Mate.
* Sambazon juices and smoothies are available for purchase (use the Sambazon store finder to locate a retailer close to you) in 10 different flavor varieties. Each are packed with antioxidants and healthy omega 3-6-9s.
* Each bottle of Sambazon Superfood juice retails for around $2.99 a bottle.
So now on to my personal experiences with Sambazon.
My favorite with the Sambazon Organic Blended Breakfast Smoothie which contained Strawberries, Bananas, Chia, and Ancient Grains. This was just like Breakfast in a bottle and very filling. No wonder it is filling. Each serving contains 4 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein. Don't worry about the grains...this smoothie was nice and smooth in texture. It was enjoyable to drink.
My one complaint is that each bottle of Sambazon I received was slightly over one serving. So make sure if you are watching your calories to add in an additional .3 serving of calories. I just wish Sambazon would consider a bottle a full serving and adjust their labels to show the nutritional facts per full bottle.
The Sambazon Protein Super Smoothie contained Chocolate, Almond and Coconut Milk. And I was shocked to learn each bottle of this variety contains over 90 Acai berries. This smoothie can help build lean muscle and fuel your body with 8 grams of protein per serving and 2 grams of fiber. I found this was great to use in the morning after my workout. It was a healthy way to start my day and help my muscles + serve as a light breakfast too. This smoothie reminded me of gourmet chocolate milk.
Samazon SuperGreens Kale and Ginger Smoothie was not one of my favorites. But, I think that is just my taste buds. I am not a huge greens drinker, so don't let my opinion stop you from trying this Superfood beverage. Each serving delivers 25X the powerful green phytonutrients of wheat grass!
I was so excited to enjoy a drink of the Sambazon Energy Mocha Java. It had the consistency of chocolate milk, but was disappointing. I couldn't get over the raw flavor. I think maybe this smoothie could grow on you, but I just couldn't do it.
The Samazon Energy Acai berry, yerba mate and guarana Super Juice is a potent blend. I say potent as each bottle contains 50mg of organic caffeine. So it is a great pick me up. I enjoyed the fruit flavors and it did not leave an after taste.
